Lauren relocated to Dubai in 2010 and has been working as a professional conveyancer since 2011 with some of the biggest real estate companies in Dubai. Lauren has a strong ability to understand her clients’ needs and adapt her approach accordingly. By being able to provide either a supportive, hand-held experience or a straightforward, no-nonsense approach, she can effectively meet the diverse needs and preferences of her clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service or support.
Lauren is also a proud mum of two and loves the opportunities and fulfilment Dubai gives her young family. Alongside being a mum and business owner, her love for travel and involvement in her netball team keeps her busy!

Andrew Smith
Managing Director
Andrew's journey has evolved from his initial role with Emirates Airlines to finding his niche as an independent conveyancer. Transitioning from the aviation sector to real estate showcases his ability to excel in different environments and industries. Andrew's experience in customer service from his time with Emirates has undoubtedly served him well in this role. His ability to understand and cater to clients' needs is a real skill and Andrew brings a unique perspective to his conveyancing endeavours.
Plus, coming from Wolverhampton to Dubai must have been quite the journey – talk about a change of scenery!

Nisha Sandal
Senior Conveyancer
Nisha is a valued part of the conveyancing team at Chartered Conveyancing. Originally from the UK, Leeds, she has now called Dubai home for over 5 years. Nisha's profressional background is in mortgages and real estate. Nisha advises and guides her clients through every step to ensure that a seamless transaction is acquired. Nisha understands the buying and selling process in Dubai can be very stressful and aims to take these stresses on, problem solve in the background, and be there to guide and support her clients as they move through the stages, ensuring they feel 100% supported.
In Nisha's spare time, she loves to travel as much as possible, experiencing new cultures, countries and people! She has a strong network of friends, all of which love to dine out and socialise when possible. Nisha also really enjoys hiking and being outside in nature, being charged by the sunshine!

Kanwal is practically a local having grown up in the UAE. After completing her degree here, Kanwal has spent her time increasing her business experience and has now focused in on being a full time conveyancer. Kanwal loves meeting clients from all corners of the world and is constantly evolving in all of the practical skills, legal knowledge and problem solving required to give the best service possible to her clients.
Outside of work, Kanwal loves exploring new places, spending time with her family and friends and learning new things.

Natasha Hurst
Conveyancer
Natasha qualified as a lawyer in the UK specialising in Real Estate Law which has given her a wealth of knowledge which she has brought to her role as a conveyancer now in Dubai. Natasha practised as a lawyer for 3 years before moving to Dubai in November last year to pursue her role in conveyancing. She has a great ability to think on her feet and problem solve effectively. She has a calm and collective approach towards her work which provides clients reassurance when dealing with any stress they may have when buying or selling their property.
Natasha also has a great passion when it comes to nutrition and wellness, in her free time learning and creating new recipes and plans to help both adults and children have a better lifestyle.
