We draft Powers of Attorney that trustee offices accept first time, guide you through notarisation and attestation in your country, and can act as your appointed attorney for the whole transaction.
A Dubai property transfer has to be completed in person at a Dubai Land Department trustee office. If you live abroad, travel often or simply cannot attend, a Power of Attorney (POA) lets a representative sign, pay and collect documents on your behalf.
The wording matters. Trustee offices expect specific powers to be listed, and a POA that is too general can be rejected on the day of transfer. A POA signed outside the UAE must also be notarised, attested and legally translated before it is recognised in Dubai. We handle all of it.
Choose the level of involvement that suits you. Most overseas clients combine a POA with our conveyancing service at a discounted fee.

For clients in the UAE. Drafted by us and signed before the Dubai Courts notary, with court fees included in our fee.

For clients abroad. Drafted by us, signed before a notary in your country, then attested and translated for use in Dubai.

You already have a representative. We prepare, type and attest the document so it is accepted at the trustee office.
We confirm what the attorney needs to do and for which properties, and agree the fee in writing.
The POA is drafted with the specific powers trustee offices expect, in English and Arabic.
You sign before a notary in Dubai or in your country; we check the document before you travel to the appointment.
Attestation through the relevant authorities and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then legal translation.
Your attorney completes the transaction and you receive copies of everything signed in your name.
Our fee is shown separately from official charges and from any third party costs such as attestation and translation.

Plain answers to the questions overseas clients ask us most often.
Yes. We can be appointed to sign, pay and attend the trustee office on your behalf, and you receive copies of everything signed in your name.
It depends on the country. The UAE is not part of the Hague Apostille Convention, so a POA signed abroad is notarised locally, legalised through the UAE embassy in that country, then attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE and legally translated. Timing mostly depends on embassy appointment availability in your country. We set out the route and a realistic timeline before you start.
Yes. Additional properties can be added to the same document for a small additional fee, shown in the pricing above.
Yes. A POA can be drafted narrowly for one transaction, or more broadly for ongoing management. We recommend the narrowest scope that gets the job done.
Tell us a little about what you are buying, selling or gifting and a chartered conveyancer will come back to you with clear next steps and a transparent fee breakdown.
