We exist so that buying, selling or gifting property in Dubai is handled with the same rigour, independence and clarity you would expect from a chartered professional anywhere in the world.
In many markets a conveyancer is a given: the professional who sits between buyer and seller and makes sure the transfer is legally sound. In Dubai that role has often been left to the agent, the bank or the parties themselves. Chartered Conveyancing was established to fill that gap: a dedicated firm whose only job is to manage the transfer properly, for clients and for the agents who refer them.
Led by Lauren Hadi, the firm brings a chartered, regulated standard to every Dubai Land Department transfer, gift and Power of Attorney it handles. We review the agreement before you sign, manage the developer, bank and trustee office on your behalf and explain every fee before you commit to it.
The result is a transaction that completes on time, with no surprises, whether you are in Dubai or on the other side of the world.
A standard of conduct, competence and accountability that sits above the minimum the market requires.

Whoever you are and whatever the property, the same standard applies from the first call to the new title deed.
Our work is governed by a professional code of conduct, and we hold ourselves to it on every file, whether or not anyone is checking.
We do not earn commission on the sale. Our advice is shaped only by what protects your position in the transaction.
Our fee, the DLD and official charges and any third party costs are itemised separately and confirmed in writing before you commit.

Lauren leads Chartered Conveyancing and oversees every transaction the firm handles, from the first review of a sale agreement to the issue of the new title deed.
Lauren relocated to Dubai in 2010 and has worked as a professional conveyancer since 2011 with some of the biggest real estate companies in the city. She adapts her approach to each client, offering a supportive, hand held experience or a straightforward, no nonsense one, so every buyer and seller gets the service that suits them.
A Dubai transfer involves several institutions. We know how each one works and what each one needs from you.
We prepare the forms, book the registration trustee appointment and represent you on the day, so the transfer is accepted first time.
We apply for the NOC at the right moment, settle what the developer needs and keep it valid for the day of transfer.
From final offer letters to liability letters and manager's cheques, we align the lenders on both sides so completion is not held up.
Tell us a little about what you are buying, selling or gifting and a chartered conveyancer will come back to you with clear next steps and a transparent fee breakdown.
