A small team in Motor City, working closely with the Dubai Land Department, developers and banks every day. The work is detailed and the standards are high, and you will learn the Dubai transfer process from the inside.
You own files end to end and deal directly with clients, developers, banks and the DLD from early on.
We work to a professional code of conduct, and you will be trained in how a chartered firm handles every stage of a transfer.
Dubai residents, overseas investors and brokerages, in English and Arabic.
