Who we are

A dedicated conveyancer for Dubai property

Chartered Conveyancing is a chartered, regulated conveyancing firm based in Dubai. We act for buyers, sellers, families gifting property and clients overseas, handling the Dubai Land Department (DLD) paperwork, developer certificates and bank coordination that sit between an agreed price and a new title deed.

Agents sell property. Banks lend against it. We make sure the transfer itself is done properly, on time and in your interest, with every fee explained before you commit.

What we handle

Four services, one standard of care

Every engagement is managed by a chartered conveyancer, priced transparently and completed with the DLD on your behalf.

For overseas clients

Buying or selling from abroad? You do not need to fly in.

Under a Power of Attorney drafted and attested by us, Chartered Conveyancing can sign, pay, attend the trustee office and collect your title deed on your behalf, with updates at every stage.

Why Chartered

Why a dedicated conveyancer matters in Dubai

Most delayed or collapsed transactions trace back to paperwork. We remove those risks before they reach you.

Without a dedicated conveyancer
With Chartered Conveyancing
Whose side they are on
Without a dedicated conveyancer
The agreement is often checked by someone who is paid when the sale completes.
With Chartered Conveyancing
We are not the agent, the developer or the bank. Our only interest is that your transfer completes correctly.
What it will cost
Without a dedicated conveyancer
Charges tend to surface along the way, from the trustee office to the developer's NOC.
With Chartered Conveyancing
Our fee, the DLD charges and any third party costs are set out separately and confirmed in writing before you commit.
Who keeps it moving
Without a dedicated conveyancer
You chase the developer, both banks and the trustee office yourself, often around everything else in your week.
With Chartered Conveyancing
One named conveyancer coordinates the developer, the banks and the trustee office, and keeps you updated at every stage.
If you are overseas
Without a dedicated conveyancer
Completing from abroad usually means flying in, or a Power of Attorney that may not be accepted on the day.
With Chartered Conveyancing
Attested Powers of Attorney, legal translation and representation at the trustee office mean you can complete from anywhere.
How it works

The transfer process, step by step

Every Dubai transfer follows the same sequence set by the Dubai Land Department. Here is how we take you through it.

01

Agreement reviewed

We review the Form F before you sign so the terms protect you.

02

Banks coordinated

Mortgage offer letters and liability letters are lined up so dates align.

03

NOC obtained

We apply to the developer for the No Objection Certificate at the right moment.

04

Trustee appointment

We attend the DLD trustee office with you, or for you under a Power of Attorney.

05

Title deed issued

The new title deed is issued, keys are handed over and we close the file.

I cannot speak highly enough about Lauren and her colleague Andy. They completely removed the stress of our property purchase, which was becoming very difficult before they were involved.
