Chartered Conveyancing Managing Director, Lauren Mitchell, has been in Dubai since 2010 and working as a professional conveyancer since 2011 with some of the biggest real estate companies in Dubai.

It became apparent that the transfer process needed to be taken away from the agents themselves and handled independently by a professional company who would look after the interests of both parties and so Chartered Conveyancing began.

All of the Chartered Conveyancing team work closely with Dubai Land Department and the property developers and have formed good working relationships to help create a smooth hassle-free experience throughout the process.
